Understanding Depression & Anxiety
Feeling sad, bummed out, nervous or worried are completely normal emotions for you to feel from time to time. When you start to feel like this too often for too long, that's when you should consider getting help to get back on track and feeling like yourself again.
Taking the first step to find help can be hard. It takes an incredible amount of courage to admit that you have a problem, and that you need help. We all need help sometimes - there is absolutely no shame in that. Mental illness is just that, an illness - NOT a weakness.
